Su nombre proviene de los discos met\u00e1licos en los que se prepara, los cuales pertenecen a la m\u00e1quina del arado, pero actualmente ya se fabrican discos dedicados \u00fanicamente a su uso culinario para preparar este platillo.<\/p><p>Aunque no existe una versi\u00f3n totalmente comprobada del origen de este platillo, la m\u00e1s popular es la que se\u00f1ala que un campesino que araba la tierra decidi\u00f3 utilizar los discos que ya estaban demasiado gastados y no serv\u00edan para cortar y dividir la tierra, para improvisar una especie de comal y entonces ahorrar tiempo para preparar ah\u00ed sus alimentos en lugar de regresar a su casa, poco a poco m\u00e1s campesinos fueron adoptando este m\u00e9todo y lo usaron para compartir su comida mientras sart\u00e9n, wok o paellera a fuego medio-alto, cuando este caliente a\u00f1ade el tocino y enseguida el chorizo. Fr\u00ede bien y mu\u00e9velos a las orillas de tu recipiente.<\/li><li class=\"simmer-instruction\">Agrega al centro la carne de cerdo, cuando suelte su jugo, a\u00f1ade la carne de res y cocina, moviendo constantemente.<\/li><li class=\"simmer-instruction\">Incorpora las salchichas y cocina hasta que se doren. Agrega el pimiento, el chile,el jitomate y la cebolla. Vierte el jugo de verduras y la cerveza, cocina hasta que empiece a hervir.<\/li><li class=\"simmer-instruction\">Finalmente agrega el cilantro y el or\u00e9gano, mezcla bien todo y deja cocinar unos minutos. puedes utilizar una sart\u00e9n amplia o una paellera.<\/li><li>Para la base debes tener carne de res, tocino, jam\u00f3n, salchicha y chorizo.<\/li><li>Primero se debe poner a calentar bien el disco sobre la flama abierta y poco a poco a\u00f1adir los dem\u00e1s ingredientes.<\/li><li>Lo mejor es a\u00f1adir primero el tocino al centro para que su grasa ayude a que el resto de los ingredientes no se peguen.<\/li><li>Se recomienda marinar las carnes antes de fre\u00edrlas para darles un mejor sabor.<\/li><li>Las verduras deben ser lo \u00faltimo en fre\u00edrse.<\/li><li>Para la cocci\u00f3n usa cervezas que no hayan sido refrigeradas antes.<\/li><li>Las tortillas de harina son las m\u00e1s usadas para acompa\u00f1ar una discada.<\/li><li>Puedes servirla individualmente o colocarla al
