Watson<\/em>, y sin\u00f3nimos\u00a0<em>Suaeda \u00a0moquinii<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Suaeda nigra<\/em>) tiene su origen en los campos de M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos. Es una planta arbustiva perenne, erguida o semipostrada, con apariencia de arbusto peque\u00f1o de 60 a 100 cm de altura, con hojas verdes, carnosas, de flores peque\u00f1as y fruto seco. Crece en suelo alcalino salino y lugares pantanosos y tiene impacto en cultivos de ma\u00edz y camarones secos hasta pulverizarlos. M\u00e9zclelos con el queso y el arroz; agregue los huevos y licue. D\u00e9 a la mezcla forma de alb\u00f3ndigas (cilindro) de 4 cent\u00edmetros de di\u00e1metro.<\/li><li>Caliente el aceite con el ajo; cuando empiece a tomar color dorado y ret\u00edrelo y agregue la mezcla anterior hasta que se dore por todos lados.<\/li><li>Ya dorada, s\u00e1quela y c\u00f3rtela en ruedas de 1.5 cent\u00edmetros de grueso.<\/li><li>Caliente el mole y, si es necesario, dil\u00fayalo con un poco de agua o caldo (debe quedar como salsa ligera).<\/li><li>Rectifique la saz\u00f3n. Incorpore los romeritos y las papas al mole y hierva por unos minutos.<\/li><li>Al final incorpore las ruedas de camar\u00f3n.
