Retira y reserva.<\/p><p>En una sart\u00e9n coloca la pimienta, el or\u00e9gano, la rama de canela, el clavo de olor y el an\u00eds estrellado.\u00a0<strong>Tuesta<\/strong>\u00a0a fuego medio hasta arom\u00e1ticos.<\/p><p>En una olla grande agrega las especias tostadas, el jitomate, cebolla y ajos asados, la lima, el caldo de pollo, el chile habanero y una cucharada de sal de mar. Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n, reduce el fuego y deja cocinar tapada durante\u00a0<strong>20 minutos<\/strong>, moviendo ocasionalmente.<\/p><p>Utilizando un colador de malla fina, cuela la sopa y deshecha los ingredientes grandes.
